Penelope is a young lady in her early twenties. She is a typical height for her age. She has long blonde hair in gentle waves that fall just below her shoulders. She has a thin frame, but she has a strong personality. She has vibrant green eyes that are radiant with joy. She is very enthusiastic and optimistic. If you were having a bad day, no matter what the problem was, she would find a way to put a smile on your face. She is always cheerful and giving. She will make any sacrifices necessary to please the ones around her. She especially cares for children. At her college she studies to be a teacher, but dreams of owning her own school.
